DEKA & Hyrox

Tues/Thurs 6-7pm and Sat 8:30-10:00am

The DEKA model is made up of 10 unique DEKA Fitness Zones, each designed for its own specific purpose. All DEKA Fitness Zones require basic essential movements. When all zones are combined, they provide athletes (Don’t forget, no matter your current fitness level — you are an ATHLETE!) with a well-rounded functional fitness test and one of the greatest full-body workouts on the planet. Training and testing for DEKA on a consistent basis will have you race ready and life ready!

Thursday 6:00-6:30am

D2G HIIT Classes are grounded in functional bodyweight exercise to improve agility, athleticism and power; the workouts are progressive, varying in exercise volume, intensity and specificity over time. Sessions are conducted in a non-threatening, encouraging, and high energy environment.
